Frequently Asked Questions

1. Question: What is the Ninja Kidz Home Learning schedule for the weekly Live classes?

Answer: The weekly Live classes and the schedule can be found by going to "Login" and then clicking on "Live Classes". All classes are posted in Eastern Standard Time.


Monday - Beginner Classes - 1:00pm, 4:00pm, 4:30 pm EST

Tuesday - Beginner Class - 10:00 am EST

Wednesday - Intermediate Classes - 1:00pm, 4:00pm, 4:30 pm EST

Thursday - Intermediate Class - 4:30 pm EST

Friday - Advanced Classes - 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm EST


2. Question: Are the Ninja Kidz from Ninja Kidz TV leading the classes?

Answer: The Ninja Kidz from Ninja Kidz TV lead 1 class per month. When the class date with the Ninja Kidz Family is announced it is sent via email and on MySkillChart. The other weekly ninja classes are lead by Master Ninja Coach Garrett where he reviews pre-recorded classes while giving live and direct feedback to the ninja students.


3. Question: How do I cancel Ninja Kidz Home Learning Program if I need to?

Answer: When you are ready to cancel you can log-in to your account and go to "Membership Settings" to cancel immediately. You can also email info@ninja-kidz.com to request to cancel. Emailing may create a delay of up to 5 days to cancel before charges are officially cancelled.


4. Question: How do I access the Live Classes?

Answer: You can access any of the Live ninja classes by clicking "Login" and then clicking "Live Classes". Then click on any of the classes during or before the scheduled time and enter your "Secret Ninja Code" to enter the Zoom class. If you enter outside of the scheduled time it will not let you in. If you are on a mobile device you will need to download the Zoom app as well.


5. Question: How do I update my skills?

Answer: Updating your skills is easy! First download our App -> Login if already a Member -> Go to your skill chart -> Pick a skill and hit "Go". Follow the directions and record yourself doing AWESOME skills!
